# Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

At Bailey-Cooper Photography, Wild Swim Studio and Ministry of Posters, many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

## Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@baileycooper.co.uk.

We may be able to cancel or amend orders before production begins. However, once production has started, we are usually unable to cancel, change or refund an order because it has been made specifically to your requirements.

## Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@baileycooper.co.uk.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue where possible. We will investigate the problem and arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

## Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges where:

- You have changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong size, colour, frame or product option.
- The item is no longer wanted.
- You have provided incorrect information when placing the order.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

## Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that banks and card providers may take several working days to process the refund after it has been issued.
